The boiler adopts an environmentally friendly combustion method - full premixed combustion, and the gas and air are precisely adjusted and premixed in advance to ensure more complete combustion.
The boiler adopts a double-drum longitudinal "D" type arrangement structure; water, steam or steam-water mixture flows in the pipe; flame burns and flue gas flows outside the pipe, forming extremely fast steam-water.

30/1/2010 · The average expectancy of a traditional gas boiler is between 10 and 15 years, if you keep it well maintained and have it serviced annually. Other boilers, such as electrical devices, will last between 8 and 10 years. A superior quality boiler, that is the most expensive available, can be maintained so that it lasts for 20 years or more.
Assuming 3 to 4 cycles per day, 365 days a year, would make the average chamber life expectancy to be between 10 to 13 years. Take away day or cycles and you extended the life out quite a bit. I've seen sterilizers go nearly 30 years in service though and still run perfectly, however; I'd be remiss to say that I doubt they were running 3 to 4 cycles- 365 days per year.
Water hammer does not have to be a way of life for steam heat users. In some cases, steam system controls can alleviate some of the internal pressure of the pipes causing the noise. In other cases, pipes near the boiler may not necessarily fit as well as they once did from the initial installation (pipes are often older than the boilers).
